Join us for Israel 75 Live, a weekend of celebration in honor of Israel’s 75th Birthday. American-Israeli comedians Joel Chasnoff and Benji Lovitt will entertain and engage us with a weekend of comedy, cooking, and conversation about all things Israel based on their new book, Israel 201.
Friday, March 10
6:30 pm Shabbat Services with Special Guests Joel Chasnoff and Benji Lovitt. Services will be livestreamed. Findinfo here as it get’s closer to the weekend.
7:30 pm Shabbat Dinner and Discussion: If You Will It, Then What?, a game-based conversation about what happens when Jews get a country of their own, and what a Jewish state should and shouldn’t look like.
Cost is $18 for adults and $12 for kids under 12.

9:00 am Hebrew is Magic Torah Study: A text study about the hidden life lessons embedded in Hebrew words – no prior Hebrew knowledge required!
4:00 pm A Family Cooking Experience – Israeli Style: We will make authentic Israeli food, and learn about the immigrant groups who brought these tantalizing recipes to Israel over the past seventy-five years.
Cost is $18 per family and $10 for individuals.
6:30 pm Young Adults Comedy Show Pregame: Cocktail hour for young adults prior to the show.
7:30 pm Comedy Show with Joel Chasnoff and Benji Lovitt: Living in the Land of Milk and Funny is a stand-up comedy about teen tours, Israeli tour guides, good-looking Israeli soldiers, and other joys and oys of the Holy Land.
